Before purchasing, please review our refund policy carefully. Tax filing is a professional service and refunds are subject to the conditions below.
You may be eligible for a full refund if: (a) you cancel within 24 hours of payment, before your CA has started review; (b) there is a technical failure on our platform that prevents service delivery; (c) we are unable to provide the service for reasons within our control.
Refunds will NOT be provided if: (a) the CA has already started or completed the review; (b) you provided incorrect information that requires re-filing; (c) the ITR has been submitted to the Income Tax Department; (d) you have used reward points as part of the payment (points portion is non-refundable); (e) cancellation is requested after 48 hours of payment.
To request a refund, email refunds@para.tax with your Transaction ID, registered email address, and reason for the refund request. Please allow 2-3 business days for review.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. GST collected (18%) is non-refundable as it has been remitted to the government.
Reward points used during a transaction are not refunded in case of a service refund. However, if you referred a friend who later receives a refund, your referral points may be reversed.
