1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ParaTax ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

ParaTax provides an online platform for Income Tax Return (ITR) filing assistance. CA review and filing services are provided by ICAI-registered Chartered Accountants empanelled with ParaTax. ParaTax is a technology platform and is not itself a CA firm.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for: providing accurate, complete, and truthful information; uploading genuine and valid documents; paying applicable fees on time; reviewing your ITR before final submission; maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Accuracy of Information

The accuracy of your ITR depends on the accuracy of information you provide. ParaTax and empanelled CAs are not responsible for filing errors arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

5. Pricing & Payment

Service charges are as listed on para.tax/pricing. 18% GST is applicable on all services. Payments are processed securely via Zoho Payments. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST-compliant invoices are issued for all transactions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and trademarks on ParaTax are the intellectual property of ParaTax Financial Services and are protected under Indian and international law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

ParaTax's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We are not liable for penalties arising from incorrect information provided by users or delays caused by Income Tax Department systems.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activities.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
